Justin Bachman, 15, of Solon, started the Northeast Ohio Tolerance Fair to teach peacemaking skills to youth. His family has been crusading about the need to understand people's differences since 2011, after a sports official disqualified Justin, who has Tourette syndrome, from a cross-country race because of his nervous tics.
